From our two depots we provide gritting and snow clearance operations throughout London, Sussex and Kent on either a retainer basis or emergency call out. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.  

City Escapes hold stock of both road grit and the more environmentally friendly thawing agents. The advantage of the latter, aside of those relevant to our environment, is the greatly reduced application rate when compared to traditional rock salt. 

City Escapes has the ability to keep you moving in all weathers with snow clearance machinery to suit every need and budget whether your interest is domestic or commercial.

With a fleet of four wheel drive vehicles we offer you either the proactive or the reactive service utlising kit requiring 90cm access to 3m.

The proactive service responds when the likely forecasted temperature falls below a given agreed temperature which might result in ice forming or snow falling.

The reactive service responds to a call out once your location has snow or ice and is therefore hazardous. We will get to you as fast as possible.

We have the ability to treat hard surfaces of any size from private drives one mile long to the pathways of a sheltered housing complex.
