Commercial Design

This property in Smith Square is the new office location of a long term Client. After extensive refurbishment and additions City Escapes  were again contracted  to undertake the "sort out" and on going maintenance. It is a breath of fresh air after the last garden (heavy shade) a next to St James' Park.

The plants were basically shoved in and left to fend for themselves on an exposed roof terrace. There was inadequate provision for watering. Not surprising then that many died whilst weeds flourished.
